Frequently Asked Questions

There is no charge for your initial BlasterCard. Lost and misplaced cards are subject to a $30 replacement fee.

Only JPEG (.jpg) and HEIC (.heic) file types are accepted.

New undergraduate students starting in the Fall semester will receive their BlasterCard when they attend Helluva Welcome. If a student is not attending Helluva Welcome, or starting in the Spring semester, they will receive their BlasterCard upon move in to the residence halls. If a student is not living in a residence hall they can pick up their BlasterCard at the BlasterCard Office in suite E140 of the Ben Parker Student Center. All replacement cards will be picked up at the BlasterCard Office.

New faculty, staff, graduate students and affiliates will pick up their BlasterCards at the BlasterCard Office. 

Your application for a BlasterCard will be delayed. You will receive an email indicating the reason why the photo, government ID, or signature is not acceptable and will you have to repeat the process.
